Description

Het eind van de 19e eeuw stond in het teken van vooruitgang. Film maakte onderdeel uit van deze ontwikkeling en legde deze tevens vast. Het publiek kon voor het eerst de wereld zien bewegen op het grote doek. De lessen bij de beelden uit het verleden laten leerlingen zien dat beeldcultuur altijd in beweging is. Daarbij passeren fictie en non-fictie, kleur en zwart-wit, animatie en live-action, stille film en geluidsfilm de revue. Het programma wordt interactief begeleid door een educatiemedewerker, wordt afgesloten met een quiz en is voorzien van lesmateriaal.

FILM EDUCATION FRAMEWORK FOR EUROPE

The Framework sets out a series of outcomes to which any film literacy programme or project, be it in the formal education or informal education sector, could realistically aspire. It is not expected that any one project could deliver all of the outcomes in the Framework, but rather it is hoped that by placing the critical, creative and cultural dimensions alongside each other that it will be possible for project developers to explore issues and outcomes beyond their own current practice.
